We are seeking a skilled, driven, committed and passionate person to work as our Donor Care Coordinator within our International Headquarters Office in Burnaby, BC. We are looking for someone who desires to use their skills to make a difference and resonates with Ratanak International’s vision, mission and values in serving Cambodia.

Ratanak International is looking for a Donor Care Coordinator to join our growing team.

This position is responsible for working with the Development and Communications Director to provide strategic and direct donor engagement and stewardship.  This includes overseeing donation administration, maintenance, and making improvements to the donor database system.  

Additionally, the position provides support to the Development and Communications Director and broader department through donor stewardship activities, basic donation data analysis, report and list generation, and administrative support for campaign mailings and other fundraising initiatives as needed. 

The role also contributes to the overall administrative operations of the organization. Key administrative support responsibilities include phone reception, responding to general email inquiries, managing office supplies and handling office mailings 

Qualifications: 

As an applicant, you have high school diploma or equivalent and a diploma in bookkeeping, accounting, office management or data management.  You also have a minimum of one year of progressive experience and responsibility in fundraising, donor stewardship, database management and / or donor communications 

You understand the ins-and-outs of charities or not-for-profit organizations and have a heart for helping people around the world. You are an efficient and organized person who can manage multiple projects or tasks and meet various deadlines.  You are comfortable in oral and written communication skills with donors. You are also comfortable working and leading in a faith-based environment and engage as an active part of a small, collaborative and fun-loving team. 

Scheduling and Remuneration: 

This is a full-time position (5-days per week, 40 hours per week), commencing as soon as possible. The gross salary range for this position is $50,282 – $60,166 per year (depending on education and experience) based on a workweek of 40 hours per week with access to a comprehensive group benefits package and an RRSP match. Candidates must be comfortable with travel throughout the Lower Mainland and Canada with periodic international travel for work purposes. Currently, our staff work at our Burnaby office two days per week with the rest of the week being remote.
