Ratanak International is looking for a Development Manager to join our growing team. If you’re a strategic thinker, relationship-driven, and passionate about mobilizing resources for a greater cause, this could be your calling.

What You’ll Do: 

  • Lead the execution of Ratanak’s annual development strategy in collaboration with the Development and Communications Director.
  • Manage and nurture donor relationships through regular communication, customized engagement strategies, and meaningful appreciation initiatives.
  • Plan and implement donor campaigns, major gift strategies, monthly donor growth, and church/community partnership initiatives.
  • Oversee the design and delivery of fundraising appeals, impact reports, thank-you communications, and donor-facing events or experiences.
  • Analyze donor trends and campaign results to continuously improve engagement and retention.
  • Collaborate with the communications team to ensure consistent and compelling messaging across donor materials and campaigns.
  • Manage donor database systems (CRM) to ensure data accuracy, segmentation, and effective follow-up.
  • Represent Ratanak at events and occasionally speak to groups about our mission and impact.

What You Bring: 

  • 3–5 years of experience in fundraising, donor relations, or development in the non-profit sector.
  • Post-secondary education in Fundraising, Non-Profit Management, Communications, or a related field.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to inspire and engage diverse audiences.
  • Demonstrated experience in cultivating donor relationships and securing financial support.
  • Strong project management and organizational abilities — you love both details and vision.
  • Comfortable working with CRM tools and fundraising platforms.
  • A heart for justice and a desire to see lives transformed.
  • Comfortable working in a faith-based and cross-cultural environment.

Tools You’ll Use: 

  • CRM systems (e.g., DonorPerfect, Salesforce, or equivalent)
  • Microsoft Office
  • Email marketing platforms (e.g., Mailchimp)
  • Your strategy, empathy, and ability to connect purpose to action
